This course is designed for enabling students to develop, implement, and evaluate the instructional design to make the learning more effective and enjoyable. It provides students with the fundamentals of instructional design including the principles of learning theory, and instructional strategies that are relevant to instructional design. This course aims to develop facilitating skills, resource management of training, material development, and designing the learning assets. The course helps professionals to deliver training effectively by applying different ways of facilitation skills and methods creating a positive learning environment for adults and youth.

The course covers the following four modules. 

Module 1: Introduction to instructional design. 

Module 2: Instructional design and delivery. 

Module 3: Planning and executing session. 

Module 4: Develop the proper ID for training.
